Jenna Ross

Jenna Ross started dancing at Hartland Dance Academy in 2009. From her first performance on stage she knew that this was her calling. She worked hard for several years and became a company dancer in 2015. Jenna has competed for eight years and has received many special awards, overall awards, an invitation to Cathy Roe’s Heart and Sole Dance Company three years in a row, an invitation to Cathy Roe’s Tap Company two years in a row. Jenna has also passed four student Ceechetti ballet exams with high honors. Jenna has been a teacher for three years, this year being her first time asked to choreograph a competition number for the Hartbeats. She enjoys working with the young dancers watching them learn and grow throughout the year. Jenna is currently studying at Oakland University, pursuing a BFA in dance.
